Locate by map

I have an existing application that was written a long time ago by a consultant in flexbuilder 3.
We want to recreate in flashbuilder 4 with api 3.4.
Here is the url:

We are also getting an error message after updating the map services to 10.1.

Is there a widget that I can modify to get similar results?
