Data Extract Widget has no Layers to Select

Afternoon,

After publishing a geoprocessing service "Extract Data Task" and the two layers it's supposed to process ie. Buildings and Roads,
and during the publishing process, I can see the three parameters that the service has, when I run the widget in flex,
the data extract widget box does not display any layers to process nor does it display any file output formats.

Can anyone help?
