Select from Current Selection

Is it possible to select from current selection using the enhanced search widget in a Flex viewer? I would like to select all of the parcels in a subdivision and then select from those the ones that have no dwelling units on them.


Or, select the outline of a subdivision, then select all of the parcels that are within the subdivision boundary, and then select all of the parcels that have no dwelling units.
