Identify Widget for api 3.2 by Robert Scheitlin

Hello there,

I trying to figure out a custom widget from this Identify widget, so can it identify multi layers without selecting "All Layers". I Just wonder does anyone have this solution or can anyone help me / lead me on with this case?
