Pop up window location

This seems like it should be pretty basic, but I've searched through the help and forums and cannot seem to find anything on it.

Is there a way to control where the popup window or info window for search results displays? I have both set for a parcel layer, but the window often obscures the parcel, which is a bit counterproductive. I'd like to be able to control the offset so it's not right on top every time, but I'd settle for being able to manually move the window aside as you would a callout in desktop (currently it snaps right back to blocking the information behind it, no matter where it is moved).

Hopefully this is possible and I am (as usual) overlooking something obvious.
