Is anybody else experiencing this problem? We have configured pop-ups for several of the tiled and dynamic map services in our Flex viewer 3.0 app. The pop-ups are interfering with the draw order. This is a big problem because the parcel boundaries are being hidden by the air photos. We know it is related to the pop-ups because when we disable all of the pop-ups the draw order displays correctly. We have done extensive testing - enabling and disabling the pop-ups for the map services in different combinations. The result is:
Enabling pop-ups on a tiled map service interferes with the draw order. It causes the tiled map service to obscure the dynamic map services. It does not happen every time you use the app but it happens enough to be a pain in the but and it generates a lot of user support email for me to answer.
Has anybody else experienced this problem? What did you do to overcome this problem?
